Terms and Conditions

Mila welcomes families but asks that children remain seated at the table and behave respectfully to ensure the comfort of all guests. As we are primarily an adult-orientated restaurant, we do not offer facilities such as high chairs or changing tables. No smoking is permitted within the restaurant inclusive of our outdoor dining space. Our dress code is strictly smart elegant at the discretion of management. To ensure all guests are accommodated, table sittings are subject to a 2 hour seating. To protect our guests’ privacy and the dining experience, photography and video recording are not permitted inside the restaurant.

Minimum spend for breakfast is R350.
Minimum spend for lunch is R450.
Minimum spend for dinner is R600.

For the safety of all guests, weapons and firearms are prohibited at our establishment. We accept no responsibility for property that is lost, stolen or damaged.Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a surcharge of 25% of total holding deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a surcharge of 12% of the total holding deposit.  100% of the holding deposit will be kept in event of no shows or on the day of cancellations administration fee of R500 shall apply for all cancellations for Private Dining.
